Heed the warning/ if you want to waste you time and Money?. Dear Mike the owner,



You'd benifit your clients by being more proffesional.

1.) I called after the first week of delivery the washer leaking.

NO RESPONSE(do not leave a voice mail it will not be responded too--he said a month after I bought his product.

2.) After 1 mo. the dryer stops working.

3.) Scheduled repairman does not show up and no call. But when you have called to see where they are ??

DAY 1 wasted waiting for a no show...

Oh when you call to remind he blames the repair person and tells you not to tell him how to his own business. not nice !!!) One whole work day wasted because they tell you somewhere between 10am -2pm.

4.)The repair person shows up the following day..(by the way they -I feel sorry for must get paid in cheap booze cause they smell and dress like drunk hill billy Rednecks Gotta love umm they are the best part of the whole experience..truely nice souls.. DAY 2 wasted $$

Doesn't have the parts to fix it.

Don't waste your time calling to complain...

MIke is not so nice- he asked you to remind him in the morning to call about the dryer..(GET A F******G NOTE PAD)

5.) Day 3 wasted $$$You call to remind him..Oh yeah still no note pad..you will have to repeat yourself at least 3 times...

DAY 3- Waiting for the replacement dryer to show up ??

Now would anyone want another piece of crap delivered by this company> CC BEST(HA HA ) APPLIANCE??

Your the nicest salesman who cheerfully accepted my good $.

My request: good used/not the prettiest washer -dryer(since basement kept)

You were fair price including delivery charge.

90day warrenty.

Advice to consumer if you want to waste your time and money for this guy who probably won't change his style(gotta give him props ---poor business style).

If you want over 50% of your purchase to be crap ..then this is the place for you.
