Excellent Service!. I found TCS to be very punctual, and they did a great job. I got a tip to try them out from a colleague at work. Spots on the windows and stains in the bathroom that I thought would never come out disappeared! Very efficient and I really look forward to having them clean again!

Did what they said.
Its rare to find a company that does what the salesperson on the phone said, but they really did. They changed all the bedsheets and even washed the windows as she stated. I was concerned about the review below about the licencing, but after talking to them, they told me that they had incorporated and changed names, they even emailed me the corporate documentation and insurance info to ease my concerns.
We will be using them on a regular basis now.

One of my better experiences. I have used quite a few cleaning companies over the last few years, and can honestly say it was a good experience. I feel that the price was a bit high, but overall the cleaning was very thorough.

Very happy with the cleaning. Professional, on time, friendly, and very very detail oriented cleaners. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them. I have already recommend them to two of my friends.

BEWARE. As of November 2011, this company is not in good standing with the State of Maryland. Check www.dat.state.md.us. Click business data search and then business entity formation and enter this company name. My property was damaged by their staff during a cleaning job and they refused to pay for the damage.

The carpet was damaged when the team got there. We are always honest and take care of customer problems, but she became very hostile about it. In reference to our licensing, we are incorporated as TCS Commercial Cleaning, inc. dba Thai Cleaning Service.

So far So Good. Professional, on time, friendly, and very very detail oriented cleaners. I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them. I have already recommend them to two of my friends, I will have them post reviews after their first cleanings

Well worth the $65/hr.
After calling a few competitors, I thought the $75/hr was more than fair of a price. We had a tenant move out of a house we rented and left it a mess. I thought it would have taken me a whole day to get it cleaned, not only did they make it look better than the first time I rented it, but somehow managed to do it in just 4 hours, nice. Would recommend.

I hate to see a good service get a bad review. I normally don't write reviews, but I have been using Thai Cleaning Service for 2 years now and have never been happier. My sister and my cousin both started using them a few months ago and have been just as happy. They have always been professional and pleasant to deal with and my kids love the girls, they think there funny.

Would not recommend. Well, two girls showed up with no mop and took forever to clean the house. Charged 67 dollars per hour for the questionable level of clean. When I took a paper towel and wiped the floor in front of them afterwards, the towel came up dirty. Dust was not taken care of. One of the maids expressed some amount of attitude and generally just gave up on cleaning. There was a big amount of chatting between them during the job duties. We were not satisfied with the job done and I would not recommend this cleaning service to no one.

We are family owned business and take great pride in the satisfaction of our customers. We did have a mop that day, but not the type of mop that the customer wanted. The customer had called me and 'yelled' at me about the mop, so I sent one of the girls (off the clock) to buy the type she wanted. We had also given her a free hour of cleaning because she had expressed dissatisfaction. I don't know what more we could have done to appease her, we really would have liked to.
