International Wheels Rip-off/ Scammers.
This business which also goes by the name International Wheels Unlimited, has no legal license to operate in Baltimore or Maryland. Windsor McDowell is a total scam artist and a no-pay. He came to the Sema Show this year and pretended to be legitimate business, only to scam those that were foolish enough to send him product. Stay away from this business.
McDowell is a criminal rip-off, con artist.
