Tips for Best Western Plus Envy Hotel

overcharged - still no credit. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights & was charged for 4. When I called to get the overcharge corrected, the response was rude, indifferent, and very unprofessional. This is an average hotel with horrible customer service. I still have not recieved my credit & definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
