Firestone in Glen Burnie (next to LaFontaine). After LITERALLY just having a bad experience at another automotive center (Ritchie Automotive), I got my brakes fixed here as well as a couple other times having oil changes but every time I go in there everyone is really friendly and even though they recommend other things they don't push the issue for you to get them done right away. They gave me peace of mind and put me in a much better mood after my bad experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Unreliable. I have a dodge neon srt 4 and there was a constant squeaking noise and after diagnosis they said it was my wheel bearings. Hence I spent 450 bucks for parts and labor to get this problem fixed. Guess what! It wasn't the problem. Apparently there is a Dodge Certified professional there.... Not the case. I actually had to get it done at Mr. Tire in Columbia. What was the problem? My brakes and rotors. The brakes appear to be fine, so did the rotors. I got them replaced and guess what! no Squeaking. So, I believe they are unreliable and misdiagnos things. Mr. Tire go go!
