I was running late for an appointment,.... I was running late for an appointment, and rescheduled it through the front desk. My stylist, Anke, called back right away and was able to fit me in! Love that she took the initiative and was so flexible! Thanks!

Usually have to wait a few minutes,.... Usually have to wait a few minutes, but had to wait at least 1/2 hour to 45 minutes as they squeezed in a man's haircut after I was there, and I had an appointment!
