Several years ago Budget Blinds did 14 wood blinds in my house. Last year my new rescue dog destroyed 9 of those blinds. When I called Jeff, he reminded me of their no questions asked warranty and said all the replacements would be free. I could not believe it. Jeff came out himself and took down all the damaged blinds, hauled them away and put in the new ones for free as he said. I don't know of any company that has a warranty like that. I love Budget Blinds!

Just wanted you to know that I love my blinds, especially the Plantation Shutters in the living and dining rooms. They look wonderful inside and out and are very easy to operate. This has turned out to be one of my better renovation decisions. Thanks again!

Jeff has done 4 jobs so far in our house. He has been patient with our desire to complete our window coverings in stages and will come out even when we just need a couple windows done. Jeff always worked around our schedule and we try to refer him to our friends and family.
