Deep Tissue Therapy Focused on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, this massage is especially helpful for those chronically tense. Reservations To make a reservation, please call 410.625.2427. our spa is open to the public. We do accept walk-ins, however an appointment is typically best. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. We suggest scheduling your next appointment before leaving each visit so that you can have your desired time and treatment.

Payment Options Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, personal checks, visa, master card, discover and Aamerican express. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Gift Certificates Give the gift of love and beauty! Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Chas spa and salon is unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards.

Cancellation Policy We request a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services and a 48 hour notice for packages and parties. Cancellations of less than 48 hours for packages will be charged 100% of the fee. No shows or cancellations under 24 hours for spa services will be charged 100% of service cost.

Arrival We suggest‍ that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are a first time client, please arrive 20 minutes early as a profile will need to be completed prior to your service.

Late Arrivals We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full-service fees.
