Massage Treatments
Swedish MassageSwedish massage is the most commonly offered and best known type massage. It was developed by a Swedish physiologist, Henri peter ling at the university of Stockholm in 1812. It uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
Deep Tissue MassageIt is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscle not with grain. Deep tissue massage helps break up and eliminate scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage.
