needs alittle work

I find it sad that I business as large as this can not even have a way to talk to someone about selling your car to them. You are told by a message machine to bring in your car and that is it. What if you want to know how they tend to price their offered/compared to the bluebook of your vehicle. Do they do same day purchase? cut you a check that day? These would be helpful but NO you get a answering machine with no personal assistance. Even when pushing 0 it says it is not a valid extension...
