Excellent, honest service

Chris provides excellent service. His repair costs consistently are significantly less than we've paid for similar services at the national chains and dealer. Unless unusual parts are needed, the repairs are normally done the same day and if there's a chance it won't be completed the same due to backlog, Chris tells you that when you make the appointment. Another plus - if Chris isn't sure of the correct repair (due to conflicting diagnostic codes on the computer), he'll tell you to go to the dealer - and he doesn't charge for the diagnostic!
