Great hotel BUT... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at goo.gl/FPxYD They have some of the best hotel deals on the web!

Mediocre. The only way I can explain the high reviews so far is that they are from 4 years ago... even still. The location is great, but the hotel is desperately outdated and the service is mediocre. Stayed Sun-Wed for business (I like to seek out local, boutique-y hotels). Room service is from the downstairs Italian restaurant, which happens to not serve dinner Mon-Wed, which equals no room service (the restaurant closes around 3 or 4 pm!). The heater/AC unit in the room is LOUD and the carpet around it was wet. I was there in late winter, but had to turn the heater off so I could hear the TV without blasting the volume. Carpet had various spots, I assume as a result of the pet-friendly policy. Doors slam really loudly, which gets annoying. The hallway outside my room had a large, disgusting looking leak in the ceiling so I had to pass by a bucket full of dirty water for two days. The decor & furniture of the entire place is stale -- pretty tacky, mismatched. I thought it would be charming, but I just couldn't wait to leave the entire time. The staff service was mediocre with a smile. The crabby hour they advertise I saw was set up in the lobby just in front of the registration desk. Awkward! The hotel is three floors and the only ice & vending machine were on the 2nd floor. This place is definitely not worth the $$$ -- it's just tacky and the amenities are really lacking. Location is great, but I'd advise that you spend a little extra and stay at the Marriott just a couple blocks away.

Very nice boutique waterfront hotel. Stayed one night and was very happy with my choice. Very vibrant, unique environment and rooms. Free breakfast buffet with loads of hot and cold food. No simple continental here. Nice staff and prompt service to room (towels, extra bed). Clean room and bath with Kohler equipment. Steps away from the whole vibrant downtown. ESPN Zone, Hard Rock Cafe, Sightseeing, attractions. Will stay here again.

Great Location, Fun People. We had a great time at this hotel - right next door to the aquarium and overlooking the inner harbor of Baltimore. We attended the Crabby Hour - this neat event they had in the lobby where we could try different crab recipies. The hotel is very pet friendly and even offers some amenities for pets.

Did not want to leave!. I'm serious. If I had the option to I would move in. Immediately. This is by far one of the most beautiful, unique hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was above and beyond what I could have ever expected- right down to the chocolate fondue bar.

Everything was very retro boutique- the hotel and rooms had the coolest decorating I have ever seen!

Also the location is great- walking distance of many restaurants/shops/tourist attractions- McCormick and Schmicks and Ruth Chris were attached!

Take my word for it- just Go.
