Great Service and Wonderful Blinds

I had Next Day Blinds do an in-home consultation for me and I was very impressed with the professionalism of their staff. I felt that I was given a lot to choose from and they stayed within my budget. I picked out what I needed and before I knew it, I had my new blinds.

Excellent Quality and Superb Customer Service

After years of shopping for the right window coverings to express our personal style with just the right elegance I learned of Next Day Blinds. After seeing their cornices and woven shades I decided to utilize their full services for measuring and installation. It was clear the technicians were extensively trained in all areas of measuring, application, and installation. This service really took the ?guess work? out of measuring, ordering, and certainly installation. Additionally, I was provided many samples to try in my home before making a decision. Before I could even believe it the products were in, the installation was scheduled and a technician was at my door precisely on time! The entire process was easy, and the level of professional service every step of the way made it stress free!

We receive many complements on our cornices, as well as woven shades, and I always refer people to Next Day Blinds. I have been completely satisfied with the excellent quality of the product and the superb customer service was truly a ?Cherry-on-top?!

Wonderful Experience-I highly recommend

I recently built a beautiful home in Bethesda, Md. I met with a representative from Next Day Blinds that accommodated me on several occasions by bringing samples to my new home and then measuring my windows during a lot of construction so that I could have blinds by my move-in day. The service I received was amazing. I had all of my windows covered with beautiful sheer shades, but then decided to change my mind for one of my windows in my lower level. My sales person never "missed a beat" and my new design was realized without any problem. The installation was as seamless as the purchase and I have recommended Next Day Blinds to my friends.

Worst Service - Run Away from this Business!

I have been attempting to get NDB to fix the blinds in my rental for the past 6 months. Acting on behalf of my landlord, who is overseas, I first tried to get NDB to make a service call but was stonewalled because I am not the original purchaser (although there is no dispute that blinds in my condo are NDB product). Finally, I got NDB to make a service call -- at my expense. Three months later, blinds were inoperative again. This time, I was assured by customer service that I would not be charged for repairs. Serviceman, however, refused to re-string blinds in home, as promised, and insisted blinds could only be repaired -at my expense - at factory (this was after the serviceman arrived at my home on the wrong day, too!). Following many calls back and forth, NDB finally agreed to send the blinds out for repair with the proviso that if the factory deemed them to be beyond repar I would have to buy new ones. That was six weeks ago. Today, in response to my third follow-up phone call, I was informed there is no record of my blinds having been sent out to the factory. Although I have a receipt with an invoice number on it, no one can locate the blinds...so much for next day service....

Excellent Experience

I purchased Next Day Blinds about 4 weeks ago, for my entire home, and had an excellent experience. I used their Shop At Home service and a truly delightful woman came into my home to share her window covering design expertise and to measure my windows. She was extremely professional and very thoughtful. She removed her shoes once she came into the house, not wanting to track anything inside, and her guidance through the product selection was very helpful. She made very observant product suggestions and held samples of the product next to the windows for my final choosing. When she measured my windows, she noticed some oddities with the frame and carefully measured around these oddities to make sure the blinds fit perfectly when they arrived--and they did. The installer was equally as considerate and professional as the Shop At Home representative. He carefully checked each and every blind in every room to make sure they were flawless. I'm delighted with my blinds (they really are beautiful), and the service. The price was very affordable and competitive (I did my research), and the quality wonderful. Finally, I was impressed by the follow up call I received a week later by another Next Day Blinds employee wanting to make sure I had a good experience. I highly recommend using them.
