I've been going to Nino Taco for 20+ years - since back when the original hole-in-the-wall joint up on Liberty Road was the only Nino Taco in town. This new place on Washington Blvd. is much newer, but the food is just as good.

Yeah, okay, Nino Taco may not be quite as good as some of the more expensive sit-down Tex-Mex restaurants. For one thing you can't get a margarita. And if Cal-Mex is your thing, you need to look elsewhere. But for cheaper Tex-Mex with soft drinks, you cannot beat Nino Taco. The Tostada Grande is my personal favorite, and the Mexican Fries are excellent.

The service may not always be as good as the food. But where can you get good service these days?

This place is 100 times better than Taco Bell. Don't believe the crabs who say otherwise.

Great americanized mexican food!

Go enjoy and eat. This is a great americanized version of mexican food. Skip taco bell and enjoy freshly made american mexican. If you love authentic mexican food do not expect it here. There is a real authentic taco and there is our yellow shelled american tacos. Both great but in two totally different catagories. Stil great food, fast and inexpensive.
