Tea-Ology has a great selection of teas from all over the world and the smoothies are the best in Baltimore. They also have excellent panini sandwiches. The owners Sunny and Dell are extreme warm and friendly.

Teaology (Now Teavolve) is a great cafe in Harbor East. They have a wide variety of unique cafe beverages (my favorite is the Acai-Pomegranate Smoothie). They also offer a full menu of food (including a great brunch menu!). With free wireless and plenty of couches, this is a great place to spend a couple hours on the weekends.
