they could not have been any closed to the jail and any more convienient. Mr. Lowinger took care of me himself and got my boyfriend out fast, before they could move him he posted the bail and he was out. Thanks you Mr. Lowinger you did a teriffic job. I would use this guy again.

fast service, close to the jail I don't know what the guy in the other review is talking about Lowinger and his staff were frendly, knowladgeable and courtius. At no time were they devious or deceptive. They eplained everything in very clear terms.

Claims to be accross from the jail. The only thing accross from the jail is McDonalds. If this guy would stop sitting around his office and smoking dope all day he would know where he is. Check the maryland court systems he doesnt do bails he uses other bail bondsman after He takes your money. My advice to you is use a bondsman that you feel comfortable with and if thats (him) or someone else thats yuor business and no one elses. As I said in some other posts, I am a friend of Raynes Bail and he is a good guy.

they got me out fast. They went to my mom's house in the middle of the night and got me out quick. And the payments were affordable.
