great tasting food...

The reviews of the fare here are right on! We decided to try it out for lunch. The place is small, and located such that parking was a bit precarious (and had to be done in the next-door pizza place's lot). But once inside, it was clean, the service friendly, and the food, mmmm.... The Kebab Stop platter was delicious, and the quantity generous, served with enough side stuff to keep you munching. The lamb Roghan Josh was equally delectable. The pricing is slightly on the higher side, but overall, very enjoyable experience.

• Pros: Excellent food, good service
• Cons: Parking a bit constrained

Authentic Food, Friendly and delish!

First timer and I was impressed. Nice, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff and the food is outstanding compared to other indian places in baltimore. I had the biryani and the kati roll. Definitely will go there again and again. A little pricey I thought but still worth it.

best indian food in town

kabab stop is some of the best indian cuisine you will find in all of the baltimore area. i find myself craving for it at least once a week. everyone is friendly and service is great. this is a resturaunt that will be around for a long time to come.

Best Kabab Place

This is one of the best Indian Restaurant I have ever been. Their food is the best around Mt. Washington Area. People at this restaurant were very friendly and make me feel great. While I was looking for Indian restaurant to dine with my family, my eye was caught by this restaurant located next to Pizza Bolis of Mt. Washington. After that time, I have been a regualar customer of this place and they have never dissapointed me.

If you are like me and want have a great food in reasonable price, this is the PERFECT PLACE for your.

Do not forget to try their KABAB, it is the best.

Great Kababs and Great customer service

On weekends or otherwise, if ur in the vicinity of Mt. Washington, well then, Kabab-stop is the place to be in. The food there is worth every penny, and the ambience..............well, u have to be there to experience it. If u dont take my word for it, visit the place urself and u wil know what u have been missing so far, so make your August presence felt there and u will be pampered with the delecacies and the service- i experienced it, now its UR TURN..........get going U.

tastiest indian food

The service was friendly, helpful, and good overall(look for robin or rudy). The food was outstanding, and the best Indian food we've had yet in mt washington. their atmosphere are lovely. i've already recommended this place to several friends and family, and we'll definitely be going back before long.

• Cons: parking, but actually you can park next to pizza bolis or across the street.

What are you waiting for?

One word to describe this place is TASTY! I stopped over to sample the menu and was very impressed by the selection. The wonderful and friendly staff greeted me with smiles, and took my order. They recommended the Tandoori wings and I was very satisfied. They were very tender and seasoned, cooked just right! My next choice is going to be the Lamb Chops. Stop by and receive the same great service and experience I had myself at the Kabab Stop!

Every bite is an amazing experience

Situated on a major highway in the Mount Washington area, Kabab Stop, is perhaps, the best kabab joint in the tri-state area. At the up and coming cafe-style eatery you will find mouth watering tender chicken marianated in yogurt herb sauce and cooked to its perfection, savory kababs, and warm naan roti to dip in chickpeas made in a fabulous curry sauce! I've had my share of samosas and the flaky meat samosas of Kabab Stop are far superior to any competing restuarant. Every bite is an amazing experience! Can't handle spicy food? That's okay. At Kabab stop you can ask just how hot or mild you like it. Wash down your meal with a cool and sweet yogurt lasse.

The warm and friendly family oriented atmosphere was another appealing factor aside from delectable Indian cuisine. Kabab stop is a short distance from the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and the M&T Bank Stadium! One drawback is that if you're not looking for it, you might not find it. So, drive slowly when heading down on Falls Road. Your tastebuds and stomach will thank you and keep you coming back for more.

Thank the Lord for Kabab Stop

OK. I literally just had the awesome Kabab Stop Platter for lunch. Not only was is affordable for what will be my dinner and supper ($11), I don't feel all bloated with oil and stuff. Fresh halal meat, mint chutney, basmat, naan, and even some Tandoor Wings (perfect mesh of Tandoor and American, about $5) and I can go back to work and not want to fall asleep. The folks there are really nice and eager to accomodate, too, offering to make things not on the menu when me and my wife have ordered in the past. While parking can be a challenge in this part of the neighboorhood, I'm tellin' you: Kabab Stop is worth it.
