The staff was very professional, pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I had all my paperwork in order and was pleasantly surprised when they called the next day and said my return was completed. As I had done my own taxes for years , I went over the return while at the office and found everything in order. They even sat with me and discussed my return and possible options to reduce the taxes that I was paying. I found the information they suggested to me invaluable. I will have my taxes done there every year.

This company prepared my income tax return. In a nutshell....this is the worst tax company I've every been to. The price was right but my tax return was prepared incorrectly. Fortunately, I know enough about a tax return to question the work. My questions about the return upset the tax preparer tremendously. The tax preparer did absolutely no research in finding out what codes on forms meant. I found I was going home and doing research on codes and informing him what they meant. The entire office was very unprofessional and unorganized.....one person telling you one thing and the other telling you something completely different. So, if you want your tax return prepared at a good price, go there. If you want your tax return done right, go elsewhere.
