I will never go to Cactus Willies in Security Mall again

We went there for lunch on Saturday, suppose to have been seafood. We had to ask for the seafood and finally some burnt tasting fried soft shell crabs were bought out, no shrimp no mussels, dried out baked fish was there and the other foods that I tasted was horrible. So what did I pay $31.00 for? We could have eaten in the food court.
- Pros: The sever (Deborah) was excellent
- Cons: The food was horrible
Golden Corral is right down the road.

This place has cheap food and little to no taste. Don't bother to complain, the management just tells you its the owners fault and walks away. Nice! I will not go there again for any reason. Terrible. I think they have new owners and they are just sinking this place.

i love to come to this restauraunt at least once a week with my family , wether im having a party in the banquet room or just eating dinner with a few a few friends , but my favorite server has not been there in at least a month she was pregnant so maybe she is on leave but i miss her .. if any one goes to eat at willies please request kayla she is the best
- Pros: great food and wonderfull service espesially when you get kayla
- Cons: gets very crowded and not all the servers are so nice

catus willies is a nice place to go my kids enjoy the desserts and the different choices on the buffet the prices are good and cheap the employees are always smiling and friendly keep up the good work!

This place has very little variety and what they do have is mediocre at best. The decor needs to be updated. There was a musty smell in the dining room area. The bathroom was filthy. I have no more to say. I'll stick with Golden Corral.

Very nice buffet for the price. And on Thursdays nights the barbucue beef ribs are out of this world!
Service is very good, place is clean. And the buffet is kept well stocked

catus willies is not at all service with a smile. Every employee passes you to another person. Food not so fresh look, pastries not fresh

Cactus Willies is not what i would call a Best of Baltimore. It is cheap food at best. I have been to other buffets that put it to shame. Golden Corral has far better food with a better selection of food and desert.

Really good buffet - real steak and chicken on the grill and a good value. I enjoyed it when I went.
