Great Customer Service!!. We were in Baltimore to go to Johns Hopkins. The hotel provides special rates and also taxi vouchers for customers visiting JH. JH is huge and can be difficult to get around and find parking. By using the free taxi service, we were dropped off right at the door and picked up the same way. The room was great. Very comfortable and very clean. The staff was incredible. They bent over backwards to help us and we greatly appreciated all their help.…

Close to everything. Close to all the tourist stuff at the inner harbor, easy walking distance to the ballpark and the touristy locations. Price is great on non ballgame days. Lobby is updated, rooms are a little older but fine.…
