Cheapened Experience-Women don't hand over your money!

Yes, I agree the staff is rude and not too bright(especially front/check out) They are FAR from "high class at this location.

Women Beware: It's my opinion now(after being informed by previous worker) that some of the massage therepist are allowed to" Fake Flirt/Fake Flatter Women" JUST FOR MONEY- HOW CHEAP!

Yes, being pampered and treated "Special" is part of their job- BUT NOT FLIRTING FOR TIPS/CLIENTS.

The massage was great, there was no need for him to think to keep me, he would have to sell myself short.Being single, I found him smart and attractive and took a chance and gave him my number(because he acted single). ---Then, come to find out-he was ENGAGED TO MY STYLIST-SO I HAD TO WORRY SHE KNEW I GAVE HER FINANCE MY PHONE NUMBER-If he hadn't made INNUENDOES WITH ME-this awkward position would never had happen.

Anyway, she was clueless or has to accept this MESS from him for some reason.

---I don't accept this B.S. from anyone- Because It causesd me to possibly loss a hair dresser.'How could she not know? Maybe, she thinks a normal part of his job-But GROSS! How awkward for me!

Now image: Would he had said the same thing that he said to me(hot young women) to an older women" I could use my "other body part's" for a 5 hours massage".--It was a flirting innueondo. Wouldn't he explain"which body parts" to an older women, who could have been offended.?? Yes, I could

forgive Natural Attraction(made judgement) but I lost my hairdresser and my intelligence as a Women was insulted, because really he was just being a giggalo(for money)

I contacted the corp.office and hopefully they will respect my request for refund.

-And requested an apology- "I don't have to pay anyone for Flattery or for them to want to "use their other body parts on me!, I'm a beautiful smart girl, not one of those twits that work at that salon.

They need to earn their money honestly. His name was Erick Busick, I'm not sure how the other massage therapist behave. Save your money.

• Cons: staff tries to hussle women for money, not so bright staff.

Have had wonderful experiences

I arrived way early for my appointment, so I was escorted to a lovely, relaxing space where I drank tea and ate cookies until my time arrived. It was wonderful. I received a wonderful cut and color from Lisa, and went home a very happy customer.

Worth the money!

It's rare to find a colorist and stylist who actually listens to what you want. Lisa Perry at About Faces in Canton is that person. She makes suggestions to solve your individual hair problems and suggests (but doesn't push) the products they sell. I switched to Lisa six months ago. Sure, it's a few dollars more than my previous salon, but worth every penny.

• Cons: A bit more expensive

LISA DOES GREAT COLOR!

I live in West Virginia and have been to Lisa for color - because she is worth the drive! She listened and did exactly what I asked her to do! No more, no less, which is what we ALL want in a stylist, right? I like to be heard and not just be an empty canvas. She did the color I wanted when I asked for a little more red the next time she gave me just what I wanted! I wanted to go short and she gave me a very flattering cut for my face. I won't go to anyone else!!

I would like to comment about Lisa Perry at About Faces in Canton. I have been going to Lisa for my hair cuts for the past 2 1/2 years and have never had a bad experience. I would reccommend her to anyone looking for only the best salon experience. Even my sister travels 2 hours from out of town for her to do her color and style. The atmosphere is amazing as well, with a great view of the harbor. From the front desk to the final touches, About Faces is a great place to go.

Wonderful Place to treat yourself

My husband and I just had out second son and he treated me to a day at the spa. I got a massage, and my hair and nails done. My hair and nails were wonderful, the ladies there did just what I wanted them to do. And the massage was amazing and very relaxing...just what I needed! Also the manager there I think her name was Jackie German, was so pleasant and helpful that not only b/c of her wonderful staff but b/c of her I WILL be going back again!!!! Thank you About Faces for a wonderful day!!!!!

Wonderful for brides

I went to About Faces for my hair and makeup for my most important day ever. I was more that pleased when I left. The stylist did more than I expected. She was very good with asking what I wanted and the end result was fabulous. I was afraid my makeup would be overdone but I ended up with natural but beautiful looking makeup. I definitely felt beautiful on my wedding day.

Amazing Place for Hair

My stylist, Stephanie Shipley, is great! She is very professional, friendly and definitely takes pride in her work. She clearly looks back at my previous hair services and knows exactly what I want.

There is also a good variety of products in their store. Always a great experience to visit About Faces!

Nice pampering

I have used various people at About Faces in Towson for haircuts, mainucures, pedicures, and a great pregnancy massage and had great experiences. I got one haircut there that I did not like but every other one has been great. The service is top-notch.
