Terrible place to live!!!!. Don't have to much to say but this place is terrible management,maintenance,plumbing everything and all types on bugs it's just terrible,terrible!!!!
you get what you pay 4...... me.. working the property 4 a while it realy not that bad, the lay out is very nice, on the other hand the plumbing is not up to par.this is because the plumbing is ran with old galvinized pipes and they rust and bust over the years. the matnence staff are very respectful to all residents and the envirment is stable.you get what you pay 4 and 4 800 amonth(my opinion) i think its a good place 4 first time movers...never let negativity fool you.see 4 yourself…

-This place has RODENTS and ants.
-The plumbing is horrible, it always floods.
-There has been two electrical fires here, if you plug something in it sparks and you hear a buz.
-Your home get burglurized while you are at work.
-Your cars get vandalized when you get home and are cooking because people leave their children home allow and on the street until they get off owrk.
-The maintenance doesn't have a clue as to how to fix things--pipe have rust in them, water boilers leaks gas, there are leaks in the ceiling and all they do it paint over the stains.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I AM WARNING YOU THIS IS A HAZARD WAITING TO COLLAPSE.
