Best cut in years!

Finally, I have been looking for a salon that is laid back and welcoming! I made an appointment with Sam, who made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really talked me through what we were going to do with my hair. I was really reserved about trying out a new stylist because of past experiences, but Sam really made me feel excited before we even started my brand new look! I got a fantastic cut that really fits my personality and my face. I have never gotten so many compliments at work and the gym I have been going to for 10 years! I also never knew that I would love fringe so much but I'm a fringe girl for life! Thanks Sam!

Great experience

My experience at East Bank ON 8/24/11 was wonderful. There is a fresh smell about the place. Love the product that they use on the hair "Aveda". The warmth that you receive is incredible. Karen takes her time to hear your hair problems and offers great suggestions. I forget the name of the young lady who shampoos your hair...I wanna say Lisa..may be i am wrong. Oh, she just nicely massages your hair..almost setting the tone for a great experience. Extremely friendly environment. They offer you tea or water when you arrive which is unusual. The whole hair cutting experience is wonderful. I think after many years of searching for a good hairstylist, I think I have found mine. Try it out...worth the effort. I don't live anywhere close by but decided to take that chance. And I am so glad I did. Finicky as I am...take it from me, you will not be DISAPPOINTED.

Eastback Hair-- terrific!!

EAST BANK HAIR! EAST BANK HAIR! EAST BANK HAIR!- I'm cheering because that's how wonderful I felt after I saw how great my hair looked after the wonderful services provided by my hairstylist and color expert , Karen. Upon arrival I was treated so graciously. The staff was friendly and a nice, hot ,flavorful cup of tea was readily available while Karen inquired about my "hair goals". She explained the options most suitable for my hair and I was completely confident in her expertise as she suggested the gold and red tones that would enhance my brown - gray spattered hair. I enjoyed my time while my hair was being transformed, ( waiting for the color to take effect); the lively conversation, the engaging staff and the comfortable atmosphere. Overall results- awesome! My hair is softer and more vibrant looking and I love that the products they use are safe for your hair( Aveda). Thank- you Karen for making my first visit to East Bank Hair so relaxing , I will be back!!!---Terri

Karen has been cutting my for over 20 years. She is always accomadating, lovely and helpful. She has excellant skills and has changed my color and cut many times over the years. The salon is small, personalized and all the staff is helpful. They use only Aveeda products. This is an excellantsalon in every way with no drawbacks and you would be lucky to have Karen cut your hair.

Edward is Amazing!

On the way in I am typically exhausted, feeling old and unattractive. After an hour with Edward in the relaxing, jovial atmosphere I feel and look like the years have melted away. He is a master at color and great at recommending, and executing, just the right cut.

This Aveda salon and its staff provides very personal, attentive, and professional vibes to its customers. Edward opened my eyes to Aveda products for my hair and skin and I can say neither has ever been better. The products are great, the service has always been a pleasure to deal with, overall a great salon. You definitely get what you pay for, I highly recommend this salon.

East Bank Hair is a friendly, professional salon that's a lot of fun to go to! Edward is an excellent stylist and colorist. My hair looks and feels fantastic. Aveda products have been great - all around a wonderful experience.

Personal attention in relaxed Aveda salon

This small Aveda salon has a friendly, relaxed, non-pretentious atmosphere. Karen is an excellent stylist. She has done my color and highlights for several years--it always turns out beautifully. They really listen to what you want and need.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

I love my experiences at east bank. I love the relaxing atmosphere, the friendly, down-to-earth employees and always love my hair. Karen's coloring techniques are amazing, she is easy to talk to, personable, and sincerely listens. The fact that it is an Avaeda salon makes it even better. theis products are eco-friendly and have a natural feel and smell; they do not have that chemical feel to them. I highly recommend East Bank Hair
