The Best In Baltimore

Matt, Ted and the stuff.... are the best people ever!!!

I have used their services since my first car accident and every single time they do an oustanding job. They have worked on my car, my daugther's, friends and everytime we all walked extremely happy. In TOP of everything they clean the car!!!!

I highly recommend the Baltimore Collision Center as really profesionals, people oriented and trusted.

Really friendly and helpful!

Baltimore Collision Center was a really nice surprise--these guys are really helpful and friendly and professional. They understand that customer loyalty goes both ways--they give great service so that you will be loyal to them, but then they also do what they can to be loyal to you. For example, I'm from a state where front license plates are not required, and did not know how/have the tools to install mine. I called them and they let me come right in, did it for me, and didn't even charge me. They just said, "our customers are generally loyal to us, so we don't mind helping them out with little things like this."

So, if I ever have a real problem, I know who to call.

Amazing Service!

I messed up my front bumper trying to fit through a small space. The damage wasn't really that bad except it looked really ugly because it collapsed in on itself, and there was some scratching and bending down the front fender as well.

I really just wanted someone to pop out the bumper and apply some touch-up paint so that I didn't have to drive around with a big ugly valley in the front of my car. I first went to Maaco for an estimate thinking that they would probably be my best bet since they are nation wide, but they wanted almost $800 because they were unwilling to simply pop out the bumper and touch it up... they wanted to make it look like it did before the accident, which I didn't care so much about.

That's when I decided to search for reputable auto body companies in my area and found Baltimore Collision Centers.

They quickly gave me several honest quotes regarding the various aspects of repair... from popping out the bumper and touching it up (like I wanted), all the way to repainting the entire car.

I was thrilled to hear that they would fix the bumper and fender for under $200! Not only that but when they found out that I lived in the area they offered to have one of their employees drive me home and pick me up so that I could have my car back the same day and still get stuff done - which I thought was a big deal since I live over 12 miles away. After I said that I'll just wait around in the city they decided to put two men on the repair job to get me out before noon (I came in around 10:15 am). Totally above and beyond expectations.

So, around 11:30 I was informed that my car was ready. Upon inspection, the bumper seemed perfectly formed again, just like factory. The touch up paint looked like a touch up job, but that's what I expected, so it was all good. There's not much you can do with a can of touch up paint and a brush to make it look much better than what someone can do on their own. The big thing was fixing the bumper and fender, which they did very well. They even gave me the left over bottle of touch up paint when they were done!

This is a great place to take your car for inexpensive simple touch up jobs if you want your body damage to look better but don't want to pay a fortune to restore your car to the factory look (which I believe they could do if you wanted to shell out the cash or you were having an insurance company pay).

It's great finding a company who is willing to work with the materials (your car) and budget that you give them and still produce quality results.

I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs auto repairs!

Incredible workmanship, honest and professional

Throughout almost my entire experiance with Baltimore collision center, I dealt with Ted Kim (the owner??)- an extremely professional and down to earth guy. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, and it was terribly wind damaged just weeks after I bought it certified used from heritage honda. My roof and trunk lid needed to be fully replaced and repainted. I was devastated. I ran around looking for a reputable body shop to trust my new car with... all roads lead to this place... because reading the reviews which im now writing!! My car was returned clean on the inside, and sparlking shiny and waxed on the outside. THE COLOR MATCH IS EXACT!! It honestly looked better than the day I bought it off the lot weeks earlier, not kidding.

Ted Kim was amazing. He went through all the details of the repair with me and put me at ease. I was so worried, but after talking with Ted I was completely comforable. Although I have full insurance coverage, I do not have rental coverage. Ted arranged a rental car from Nextcar across the street. Ted set everything up for me... all I had to do was show up. I was not happy about spending $500 for a 3 week rental out of pocket, oh well. However, Ted arranged for me to get the lower rental rate which was 21.99 a day instead of 31.99 a day out of pocket...GREAT! Im getting rental coverage added after that incident. Ted quoted me "10 days" to fix the car, but it took 20 days. I was not very happy about that. I do understand though that 10 days was just an estimate, and many things can alter the days to complete work. However, it is well worth it for qualit and honest work. They are a busy shop, and quality is the reason for thier larger workload than other shops. Nonetheless, I am 150% satisfied with the professionalism and craftsmanship. I WILL BRING MY CAR TO THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR ANY BODY WORK.

Great customer care

They've taken care of me and my car twice. The first time they were able to put in the part in my car for a good price compared to other places and they were friendly. The second time, I went back and they fixed my muffler and exhaust for a better price then most of the corporate places would have, but the best part was they dropped me off while they were working on my car AND picked me up!! :) You can't get any better then that.

Very friendly and service oriented.

These guys were very compassionate about my situation. They were honest and prompt in fixing my car and were very helpful in getting a rental. The whole process was actually pleasant. My car looked like it was brand new when it came time to pick it up. I hope that this is the last time I need body work done on my car, but if I do need work done, Baltimore Collision Center has a customer for life!

Great Place, great work, very honest

I had to take my girlfriends car there after getting rear ended. They gave us a straight forward quote. They also helped to arrange a car rental too.

The work was performed without flaws. All of the employees were honest.

I would encourage anyone else who needs work done, minor or major to use Baltimore Collision Center.

The Best Car Experience I've Had

So I called after 5pm on the Friday before a hooliday and they still say me. My bumper was hanging off my car, and they fixed it there on the spot for free! Not only that, but they were polite and honest - not to mention kind! They have a customer for life!

I decided to try Baltimore Collision Center after doing some research based on the previous positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The owner was very personable and helpful and seems to make customer satisfaction a point of emphasis. In my case, I needed an alignment and new struts, not body work, and I was very pleased with the customer service. I felt I was being dealt with honestly and that is of the utmost importance to me and why I feel comfortable writing a strong recommendation.
