went there on mothers day place was packed staff was friendly and fast it seemed eveyone new everyone the food was great the service was great even the prices were good food came fast for as busy as they were.crabcakes to die for none better.cream of crab soup for get about it you found the best ever.going back this tuesday its snow crab leg night.

DON'T GO TO STONEY CREEK INN

I made a reservation TWO days in advance and when we arrived, we were told that we are only allow 1 1/2 hour to eat, which we agree to but the crabs took forever to cook and they only leave us half hour to finish our 2 dozen crabs. The crabs were not all that to be, you are better off heading to Captain James Crab House, great service and food! I will NEVER go to stoney creek again!!! Also this is not children friendly place, I saw the lady behind the counter YELLED at a costumer with a toddler!

DONT GO TO STONEY CREEK INN

Last friday night we had family in town and we were looking to pick some crabs so we decided to walk down to the Stoney Creek Inn. We arrived at 8:20 on friday night and said we needed a table for 9. Instantly we we given a bad attitude by the lady behind the counter. "You cant expect to come in here after 8pm on a friday and expect to be seated. You have to call ahead first!!!!". We were not asked if we were willing to wait, and besides that as we walked up we saw a table out side that could easily handle our group. (4 adults, 5 small kids). We had eaten at SC before and the food was ok at best. But to have a restuarant give attitude to a group of 9 on a friday night is un heard of. I guarantee that we will NEVER go there again.
