Everyone at Northwind animal hospital goes above and beyond. The prices are more than fair, and the services have never been anything but perfection. The girls on the phone are polite & helpful, the people working in the rooms are attentive and caring, the kennel staff is hardworking & pleasant (and always keeps my pets happy while were away) & and the doctors are absolutely incredible! Also, the entire staff is knowledgeable and able and willing to answer questions. I will continue to go to Northwind animal hospital because they care about my pets and me! Amazing!!!

Not sure what the negative gal was talking about, but Northwind is a great Vet hospital! I have moved 5 times in the last 10 years (from East coast to West Coast and back) and have had to find many vets, Dr. Russ by far has been my best vet and most affordable vet! The staff is great, Dr. Russ does know what he is talking about and the staff is NOT RUDE!! They have been with our family when we had to put our cat down and have helped us with our aging lab! He is kind and compassionate! I have recommended him to many friends with all great results!
Pros: Parking! Nice! Friendly! Smart! Great Price!
Cons: Bit of a drive but worth it!

Dr. Russ is an amazing vet. He is very personal and I can tell he genuinely loves my dog. My dog does NOT like going for a check-up but she absolutely ADORES Dr. Russ. Very personal and interested in my dog's health. The care is phenomenal and the people who work there are so friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

This vet has no idea what's going on. It's all guessing games. Staff is rude and very unfriendly. Seems like they care more about what's in your wallet than your pet. Do NOT recommend to anyone! Not compassionate. Wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. This vet is not in business for the love of animals but for the love of money.
Pros: cheap prices
Cons: you get what you pay for

THe service sucked the people were mean and they actually hurt my dog more they sucked, plus one of the vets was hitting on my wife

Dr. Russ and Dr Triplett are great. All of the people in the office are very compassionate. I always feel as if my animals are loved when we are there. I have never been turned away if I need an appointment urgently. Dr Russ will call after hours if needed.

Dr. Russ is a wonderful vet! He is compassionate and he takes a great deal of time with all of his patients. I have four dogs so I see Dr. Russ more than the average person. He is never too busy to take calls and is always helpful.
Pros: Will always accommodate us and always answers calls. Great vet and great customer service.
Cons: No cons.
