Great Food Great Fun Inner Harbor Cruise

This was one of the best things I have scheduled on vacation in a while. The food, staff, and entertainment was great. Online booking is easy. I am handicapped and the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Inner Harbor Cruise

we had a wonderful time. It was family day in Baltimore and we enjoyed the lunch cruise. The food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and very entertaining. The reservations were easy to do online. We're looking forward to cruising again.

Eager beaver

it was a wonderful experience. I organized this event for 38 people and the sales department was very helpful and accomidating which made my job so easy. They let me ad people at the last minute, grouped us together and everyone had a great time. Food was excellent. Great waiter and entertainment.

I would recomend this for your organization.

Awesome time

Took my mom on the cruise and we had a really nice time. Food was great and the waiter was absolutely fabulous. The staff was very friendly as well. I would do it again. The music was variety and so was the food. The only complaint I had was there was a private party going on on another level and they were pretty obnoxious but this was not the ships fault. They did manage to get them under control. Overall I recommend the cruise and would do it again.

BEST PLACE FOR WEDDING!

The place ever to have a wedding! My guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding ever! The wedding planners were awesome. The staff on the cruise were top notch! They were so helpful and friendly. The food was great, the selection was huge. I can't wait to take another cruise! I recommend Spirit Cruises for any major event or even just a fun night out!!!

A Great "Unique" Experience

My sister and I went on the lunch cruise on June 20, 2009. We had a great time. The staff was so polite and full of smiles. They even entertained us with a few live performances. The food was hot and tasty. The view from the upper deck was phenominal. I am planning on going again soon. I want to try the dinner cruise next. Try it out and enjoy!!

• Pros: Wonderful staff, excellent food, and a lot of fun!
• Cons: The A/C on the ship was up too high, but it was ok.

Don't waste your money!

Here is the complaint I filed:

I was really disappointed with this cruise. First of all, my wife and I had planned this as a romantic cruise and decided on the moonlight cruise only to discover that the cruise ship we were on was flocked by at least 100 middle to high school students. This does not make for a romantic cruise. Then after we are seated I am informed by the "manager" that the waiter will be along for our drink order, I not wanting to wait inquired about getting our own drinks to which he informed me a cash bar was available leading me to believe that the drinks brought by the waiter were included. I ordered 2 pina colada's at the cash bar and was charged a whopping $24!!! Your site says that "Mixed drinks start at $6.00 for Classic brand liquors, $8.00 for Premium drinks." so even if pina colada's are considered premium drinks, we were over charged by $8!!! The liquor used in these drinks was BOTTOM shelf and the amount of alcohol I witnessed the bartender pour was not sufficient for even one drink, didn't even amount to a single shot! I paid reluctantly as to keep this cruise as romantic as possible without killing our mood. Then dinner is ready. The food was cold. I mean cold, not even room temperature. I expressed my feelings to the "manager" who assured me he would "speak with the chef" which did my wife and I no good as our plates were full and we were hungry as we had waited all day for this meal. The selection was terrible and did not fit well with the accompanying sides. We ordered a few more drinks from the "spirit" menu, again thinking these were part of the price we had paid, only to find out hours later when our waiter brought us the bill that they were in fact not part of the price. We were charged $10.50 per drink, need I remind you that your site says "Mixed drinks start at $6.00 for Classic brand liquors, $8.00 for Premium drinks." We had ordered 4 of these drinks. Once again I spoke to the "manager" who informed me that drinks were not part of the price. Fine time to let someone know! Because of poor management, poor communication, and poor organization, this evening that could have been a memorable event in a positive light, became just the opposite and has left a sour taste in our mouth.
